À propos du poste Nous cherchons une ou un scientifique de données junior pour se joindre à notre équipe.

En tant que scientifique de données, vous collaborerez avec une équipe multidisciplinaire d'ingénieures, d'ingénieurs et de scientifiques pour réaliser des travaux appliqués à fort impact en intelligence artificielle et en apprentissage automatique. Votre travail contribuera directement au développement d'algorithmes, de modèles et de systèmes avancés qui font progresser notre technologie.

Vos tâches comprendront :

- Développement, intégration et déploiement de modèles : Concevoir, intégrer, entraîner et optimiser des modèles d'apprentissage automatique ou d'IA générative pour répondre aux besoins de la clientèle, y compris l'ingénierie des caractéristiques et l'évaluation de la performance.
- Analyse et préparation des données : Explorer les données de la clientèle pour repérer des tendances et des occasions. Nettoyer et structurer les données en collaboration avec les ingénieures et ingénieurs de données.
- Communication technique : Présenter les résultats et expliquer les modèles à des parties prenantes non techniques.
- Veille technologique : Rester à l'affût des avancées en apprentissage automatique et en IA.
- Documentation et reproductibilité : Documenter les approches et les résultats pour assurer la traçabilité et faciliter le transfert de connaissances.

À propos de vous Nous cherchons une ou un scientifique de données en début de carrière ayant une expérience concrète de l'application de la science des données et de l'IA, que ce soit au travail, en stage, en recherche ou dans le cadre de projets, et qui aime creuser les problèmes et apprendre en faisant.

- Avez une expérience pratique en science des données et en IA, ainsi qu'un vif intérêt pour leurs applications concrètes
- Êtes à l'aise pour concevoir des expériences, analyser des résultats et tirer des conclusions solides à partir des données

## About the role

We're looking for a Junior Data Scientist to join our team.

As a Data Scientist you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists to conduct high-impact applied work in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Your work will contribute directly to the development of advanced algorithms, models, and systems that drive our technology forward.

Your work will consist of:

- Model development, integration and deployment: Design, integrate, train and optimize machine learning or generative AI models to meet client needs, including feature engineering and performance evaluation.
- Data analysis and preparation: Explore client data to identify patterns and opportunities. Clean and structure data in collaboration with data engineers.
- Technical communication: Present results and explain models to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technology watch: Stay current on ML/AI advances.
- Documentation and reproducibility: Document approaches and results to ensure traceability and facilitate knowledge transfer.

## About you

We're looking for an early-career data scientist with hands-on experience applying data science and AI, whether through work, internships, research, or projects, who enjoys digging into problems and learning by doing.

We want you to apply if you:

- Have practical experience with data science and AI and a strong interest in their real-world applications
- Are comfortable designing experiments, analyzing results, and drawing sound conclusions from data
- Enjoy working on complex problems that combine research with practical constraints
- Are autonomous, rigorous, curious, and comfortable working in an iterative environment
