POSITION OVERVIEW / DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO: The Boston Red Sox are seeking a Scouting Assistant to help cover the Dominican Republic territory. In this role, the Scouting Assistant will capture video from players across the country, operate baseball technologies, and collect data on players. The Scouting Assistant will also help evaluate potential prospects and assist with additional assignments/coverages as assigned by immediate supervisors. Candidates must reside in the Dominican Republic year-round to be considered.
