Startale の SDET（ソフトウェアエンジニア）として、次のいずれかのプロダクトを担当します（担当は経験と志向を踏まえて相談のうえ決定）。

Strium（完全オンチェーン取引所）— ゼロから作る

Strium にはまだ品質を担う専任エンジニアがいません。品質基準・リリース判定・E2E テスト基盤を、一人目としてゼロから設計するポジションです。取引所では品質がそのまま存在条件になります。約定が狂えばユーザーの資産が狂い、清算が遅れれば取引所そのものが傾く。検証対象は約定・清算・証拠金と、数千におよぶユーザーパス等になります。

Startale App（デジタルアセットのスーパーアプリ）— 急成長を品質で支える

ローンチ直後のフェーズで、月間 17万ユーザーが利用中。ここから数百万ユーザーへの急成長、その先に数億人規模を目指すプロダクト。既存の E2E テスト基盤を近代化・最適化し、その成長に耐えるカバレッジへ広げるフェーズです。

どちらのトラックも、手動テストの実行者ではなくエンジニアのポジションで、業務の8〜9割は CI/CD で回る自動テストの構築。1プロダクト1名体制のため、仕様が曖昧な場面でもチームを横断して自分から要件を明確化しにいく自律性が前提になります。

仕事内容

- 品質基準・リリース判定基準・品質メトリクスの定義
- スケーラブルな E2E 自動テストフレームワーク（Playwright 等）の設計・構築・運用（業務の8〜9割は自動化の構築）
- 取引ロジックの検証: 約定パス、価格インパクト、手数料計算、数千におよぶユーザーパス（Strium）
- 既存 E2E テスト基盤の近代化・最適化・拡張（Startale App）
- API テスト: バックエンドのレスポンスとフロントエンドの挙動の整合性検証
- 高スループットを想定した API 負荷・ストレステスト
- 再現可能なテスト環境・テストデータの設計
- エンジニアリング・プロダクトと協働した「テスト可能な受け入れ基準」の定義

必須要件

社会人経験5年以上かつ英語力上級の方で、以下の要件を3つ以上有すること(社内公用語は英語）

- プロダクション品質のソフトウェアを自ら書けること（テストを書くだけでなく、保守性の高い実装ができるエンジニア。言語は JavaScript / TypeScript が理想ですが、Java / Python 等でも可。既存の E2E 基盤とフロントエンドは JS / TS のため、入社後にキャッチアップしていただきます）
- スケーラブルな自動テストフレームワーク・再利用可能なテストライブラリをゼロから構築した実績
- SDET / 品質エンジニアリング / テスト自動化 / ソフトウェアエンジニアリングの経験 5年以上
- E2E テストフレームワーク（Playwright / Cypress 等）と API テスト（REST / JSON-RPC / WebSocket 等）の実務経験
- CI/CD パイプラインへの自動テスト統合、および Docker・コンテナ化されたテスト環境の経験
- 複雑な分散システム・Fintech・金融プロダクトのテスト経験。技術的な複雑さ（トランザクションの整合性・非同期処理等）と、組織的な複雑さ（複数チーム・複数ステークホルダーが絡む開発）の両方をくぐってきたこと
- プロダクト/チーム唯一の QA / SDET として自律的に動けること。仕様が曖昧な場面でも、チームを横断して自分から要件を明確化しにいけること
- 未知のドメインを速く学んで取り込む意欲と好奇心（ブロックチェーンの経験は不問）

- 取引所・証券・金融システムの E2E 自動化経験
- 社内の開発生産性・品質エンジニアリング基盤（テスト基盤・ツール）をソフトウェアとして構築した経験
- 分散システム向けテストアーキテクチャ（API / 統合 / コントラクト / E2E）の設計経験
- 負荷・ストレス・信頼性テスト（k6 / Artillery / Gatling / Locust 等）の実務経験
- オブザーバビリティと本番デバッグ（OpenTelemetry / Prometheus / Grafana / Datadog 等）
- LLM を活用したテスト生成・故障解析・回帰検出・テスト保守などの AI 支援テスト
- ブロックチェーン・スマートコントラクト・オンチェーントランザクションの知識（特に Startale App 担当の場合）
- トレーディング概念の理解（スリッページ、流動性、約定フロー）
- Kubernetes・クラウドネイティブ基盤の経験

待遇・働き方

- 想定年収（目安）: 1,200万円〜2,000万円（賞与込み）／ストックオプション制度あり。
- 勤務地: 日本またはシンガポール。原則ハイブリッド推奨ですが、条件付きでフルリモートを選択できます
- 年1回の全社ワーケーション。（過去開催地: 日本、クロアチア、韓国、トルコ、シンガポール、ドバイ）。不定期のオフサイトワーク。AI ツール・開発環境への投資は惜しみません

選考プロセス

主な選考プロセス

- (カジュアル面談)→書類選考→一次選考→二次選考→トライアル課題→最終選考→内定・オファー面談
- 選考意思を確認後、1〜3回程度の面接を経て最終面接を実施します
- プロセス中に、複数のメンバーにお会いいただくことがあります
- 原則、オンラインで実施します。ご希望に応じてオフィス見学等オフラインのコミュニケーションを実施します
