We are looking for a Senior Account Expansion Manager with a strong commercial mindset to drive growth across our portfolio of mid-sized and large clients in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of expanding existing accounts and driving business growth within the staffing, recruitment, or talent solutions industry. In this strategic, client-facing role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your assigned customer portfolio. You will achieve this through strategic account analysis and a deep understanding of your clients' needs across different departments, subsidiaries, and business units.
