Responsibilities: - Confirm support staff for assigned camera and audio crews for weekly games, escalating staffing challenges as needed. - Communicate club policies and procedures relating to credentialing, parking, security, and stadium access to assigned crews. - Prepare and track FedEx shipments to crew members and resolve any delivery exceptions. - Coordinate routine travel needs with the travel department, including air, hotel, and ground transportation details. - Maintain detailed game notes, documentation, and crew communications to ensure crews receive accurate information. - Monitor timecards, onboarding paperwork, and background check status in coordination with HR. - Coordinate with courier company all details required for prompt recovery of media from games. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper documentation of game media is provided to crews. Required Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - 1–2 years of production, field operations, event operations, or related logistics experience preferred. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
