If you deliver strong results and fit our team culture during this busy stretch, this position has direct potential to turn into a permanent part-time role on the BRUNT flagship team. ## What You’ll Do As a Seasonal Retail Associate, you’re on the front lines during our highest-volume period, bringing energy, hustle, and personality to the sales floor. You’ll help create standout customer experiences, support store operations during the rush, and show us what you've got for a long-term spot on the team. - Customer Experience: Create a welcoming environment, engage customers to understand their specific trade needs, and support omni-channel services during peak shopping volume. - Sales & Performance: Keep transactions moving smoothly, manage rush periods efficiently, and promote loyalty programs to help the store smash its goals. - Visual & Ops: Keep the floor fully stocked, sharp, and organized. You’ll be hands-on with high-volume shipments, inventory flow, and restocking. - Teamwork & Growth: Collaborate with the crew, bring a reliable and positive attitude to every shift, and showcase your long-term potential for a permanent position. ## What You Need to Succeed - Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience (required). - Mindset: A "builder" work ethic dependable, motivated, and ready to jump in where needed during our busiest season. - Availability: Flexible availability to meet peak-season demands, including evenings, weekends, and key holiday shifts. - Skills: Strong communication, comfort with POS technology, and an ability to make every trade worker feel valued. - Requirements: Must be 18+ and able to commute to North Reading, MA. - Physicality: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25–30 lbs. regularly during shipment and inventory resets.
