## What you'll do

- Prepare agendas, notices, board and committee papers, and draft minutes for board meetings, EGMs and AGMs. Track action items through to closure.
- Maintain statutory registers and records under the Companies Act, 2013, and prepare and file MCA forms (MGT-7/7A, AOC-4, DIR-3 KYC, MGT-14, PAS-3, SH-7 and event-based filings).
- Support fundraising and share issuance: private placement documentation, allotments, share capital changes, and related filings.
- Handle demat and depository compliance, including ISIN maintenance, corporate actions and coordination with RTAs and depositories.
- Assist on FEMA and ODI compliance for overseas investments, such as FC-GPR, ODI filings and annual returns, and coordinate with AD banks.
- Coordinate with teams, board resolutions and account documentation.
- Track compliance calendars across group entities and flag deadlines early.
- Liaise with external counsel, auditors, RTAs and consultants on secretarial and regulatory matters.
- Research legal and regulatory questions and prepare short, accurate notes for internal use.

Who we're looking for

- CS Executive or CS Professional passed. Semi-qualified CS candidates are welcome.
- A working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and related rules. Exposure to FEMA is a plus.
- Precise drafting: you should be able to produce a clean resolution or minutes from rough notes.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to assist for multiple entities and deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel or Google Workspace, and familiarity with the MCA V3 portal.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
