We’re motivated by the fulfillment of solving hard problems to achieve something profound and transformative. ## Your Mission The Security & Compliance Lead/Facility Security Officer (“FSO”) manages, administers and coordinates the industrial security program and other security activities to ensure compliance with government regulations and Company security policies and procedures to maintain the Company’s Facility Security Clearance.  This position is integral in ensuring the effective implementation of the Company’s DoD Foreign Owned Control and Influence (“FOCI”) mitigation agreement, including the protection of classified and controlled-unclassified information, including serving providing support to the Technology Control Officer in the protection of export-controlled information. Areas for Impact - Administer personnel security clearance processes for initial submissions and periodic reinvestigations - Oversee compliance with the Special Security Agreement (“SSA”), including its companion mitigation plans: (1) Affiliated Operations Plan; (2) Electronic Communications Plan; (3) Technology Control Plan, to include routine auditing and reporting - Oversee Company’s Insider Threat Program - Serve as principal advisor to the Senior Management Official and Company Board’s Government Security Committee on security matters associated with the SSA - Create and maintain security policies, processes and procedures, as well as security plans and instructions - Conduct initial security briefings for new hires;
