Alguien que ya tiene su propia cartera de contactos, que conoce el ciclo de venta enterprise y que se mueve con la misma energía en una llamada fría que en el cierre de un deal de seis cifras. Propósito del Rol Tu misión es una sola: traer nuevos logos. Vas a ser el motor de expansión de Santex en LATAM, abriendo puertas en empresas que todavía no nos conocen y convirtiéndolas en clientes que nos elijan por años. Trabajarás con total autonomía estratégica, respaldado por un equipo de delivery de clase mundial y una propuesta de valor que se vende sola cuando la persona correcta la presenta. Esta es una posición 100% hands-on. No hay lugar para gestores que sólo coordinan: acá se vende. Responsabilidades Clave - Construir y ejecutar tu propio pipeline desde cero, apoyándote en tu cartera de contactos para generar oportunidades desde el día uno. - Liderar el ciclo de venta completo en cuentas enterprise: prospección, propuesta, negociación y cierre de deals con tickets superiores a USD 150K. - Diseñar estrategias de go-to-market por vertical en coordinación con los líderes de industria (Salud, Fintech, Alimentos & Bebidas, AgTech). - Representar a Santex en eventos, conferencias y espacios de networking clave en LATAM. - Gestionar el pipeline con disciplina en Salesforce y presentar reportes de performance a la dirección de Growth. - Colaborar con los equipos de marketing y delivery para garantizar coherencia entre la promesa comercial y la ejecución. ¿Qué estamos buscando? - Mentalidad hunter: te motiva abrir puertas y cerrar deals, no administrar lo que ya existe. - Cartera propia de contactos en cuentas medianas y grandes de LATAM, lista para activar. - +7 años de experiencia en ventas enterprise en la industria de tecnología o SaaS. - Conocimiento del ecosistema tech: nearshore, outsourcing de software, soluciones digitales. - Dominio avanzado del inglés (escrito y oral). - Dominio de CRM (Salesforce) y herramientas de prospección y automatización comercial. - Licenciatura en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería, Marketing o carrera afín.
