## Job description

Sobre el Equipo Estamos buscando un/a Senior Account Manager – Healthcare para unirse al equipo de Glintt Life, donde tendrás un papel clave impulsando el crecimiento en el mercado hospitalario y ayudándonos a transformar el sector sanitario a través de la tecnología y la innovación. Como Senior Account Manager – Healthcare, tu día a día estará enfocado en liderar la venta consultiva de soluciones tecnológicas sanitarias, desarrollando relaciones sólidas con cuentas estratégicas del ámbito hospitalario. Serás responsable de gestionar ciclos de venta complejos y de largo recorrido, interactuando con interlocutores de alto nivel (direcciones hospitalarias, IT, operaciones, etc.), y coordinando al equipo comercial para alcanzar los objetivos de negocio. Además, trabajarás con una visión estratégica y orientación a resultados, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y posicionando nuestras soluciones como referente en el sector salud.

¿Cómo te imaginamos?

- Con una sólida trayectoria como Account Manager en el sector sanitario u hospitalario.
- Con experiencia en la venta de soluciones tecnológicas complejas, preferiblemente en entornos hospitalarios.
- Con capacidad para gestionar ciclos de venta largos y múltiples interlocutores a nivel directivo.
- Con experiencia liderando o coordinando equipos comerciales.
- Con enfoque estratégico, autonomía y fuerte orientación a resultados.
- Con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación e influencia.

Lo que buscamos

- Experiencia como responsable comercial en el sector hospitalario o sanitario.
- Experiencia demostrada en la venta de proyectos y soluciones tecnológicas avanzadas en hospitales o grupos sanitarios.
- Experiencia gestionando ciclos de venta complejos y de largo plazo.
- Experiencia en la gestión de grandes cuentas.
- Experiencia liderando o coordinando equipos comerciales.
- Excelentes habilidades de negociación, comunicación e influencia.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y con visión estratégica.
- Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar por toda España.
