What You will do (Responsibilities) : - Lead end-to-end ML development across BRKZ. Build and deploy production models, LLM agents, and data-driven workflows that improve accuracy and cut manual work across Finance, Credit, Procurement, and Operations. - Scope problems with Product and Ops, size impact, and turn workflows into measurable gains. - Cover full-stack ML engineering and applied data science: data analysis, feature engineering, modelling, evaluation, and monitoring. - Own model lifecycle, reliability, and PDPL compliance. - Guide standards for data quality and ML practices.
