## SOBRE EL EQUIPO

Buscamos un/a AI Software Engineer para unirse al equipo de uno de los líderes del sector de las telecomunicaciones, donde tendrás la oportunidad de participar en la construcción y evolución de soluciones de Inteligencia Artificial Generativa con impacto real en negocio, llevando casos de uso desde la experimentación hasta entornos productivos a gran escala.

Como AI Software Engineer, tu día a día estará enfocado en diseñar, desarrollar y desplegar aplicaciones basadas en Large Language Models (LLMs), contribuyendo tanto a la parte de inteligencia artificial como a la ingeniería necesaria para construir soluciones robustas, escalables y mantenibles. Participarás en el desarrollo de arquitecturas RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), la integración de modelos mediante APIs y microservicios, la implementación de AI Agents y workflows inteligentes, así como en la evaluación y optimización continua del rendimiento de las soluciones desplegadas.

Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con equipos multidisciplinares de ingeniería, arquitectura y producto, contribuyendo a la adopción de buenas prácticas de desarrollo, observabilidad, automatización y despliegue continuo en entornos cloud.

¿CÓMO TE IMAGINAMOS?

- Con experiencia sólida desarrollando software y soluciones de IA en entornos empresariales.
- Apasionado/a por la Inteligencia Artificial Generativa y su aplicación en productos reales.
- Con un perfil claramente hands-on, capaz de combinar conocimiento técnico en IA con una fuerte base de ingeniería de software.
- Cómodo/a trabajando en entornos dinámicos, colaborando con diferentes equipos y participando en todo el ciclo de vida de las soluciones.
- Con mentalidad analítica, orientación a la calidad y foco en la mejora continua.

## LO QUE BUSCAMOS

- Experiencia profesional como Software Engineer, Backend Engineer o AI Engineer.
- Experiencia desarrollando soluciones de Artificial Intelligence y/o Generative AI.
- Experiencia llevando soluciones de IA desde la fase de prototipo hasta producción.
- Dominio de Python para el desarrollo de aplicaciones y servicios.
- Experiencia trabajando con APIs, microservicios y arquitecturas distribuidas.
- Conocimientos sólidos de ingeniería de software y buenas prácticas de desarrollo.

## AI / GENERATIVE AI

- Experiencia trabajando con Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Conocimiento y experiencia implementando arquitecturas RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Experiencia trabajando con embeddings y bases de datos vectoriales.
- Conocimiento de frameworks y herramientas para el desarrollo de aplicaciones basadas en LLMs.
- Experiencia o conocimientos en AI Agents / Agentic AI.
- Capacidad para evaluar la calidad, precisión y comportamiento de sistemas basados en modelos generativos.
- Conocimiento de técnicas como Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, Tool Calling y Structured Outputs.

## CLOUD & ENGINEERING

- Experiencia con al menos uno de los principales proveedores cloud: AWS, Azure o GCP.
- Experiencia trabajando con Docker y valorable experiencia con Kubernetes.
- Conocimientos de CI/CD y prácticas DevOps.
- Experiencia desarrollando y consumiendo APIs REST.
- Conocimientos de observabilidad, logging y monitoring aplicados a sistemas productivos.
