Chi siamo In Italia, gestire la finanza di una PMI o di uno studio significa fare i conti con strumenti che non si parlano, rincorrere fatture ed estratti conto, impazzire dietro alle scadenze. Il risultato? Tempo perso, decisioni prese troppo tardi, zero crescita. Sibill cambia tutto questo: fatturazione, pagamenti, tesoreria e contabilità di PMI e commercialisti, tutto in un'unica piattaforma potenziata dall'intelligenza artificiale. Oggi oltre 5.000 aziende e più di 300 studi lavorano con Sibill. Se quello che hai letto ti ha acceso anche solo un po', candidati: ti aspetta un team di oltre 130 persone di talento. Cosa farai Riporterai direttamente all’Head of AI. Con lei costruirai i prodotti AI che aiutano i nostri clienti a gestire meglio il proprio business. Non sarà un lavoro in solitaria: collaborerai ogni giorno con i team data, engineering, infra, product e design. Lavoriamo sui dati più critici di un'azienda: flussi di cassa, transazioni bancarie, fatture, corrispettivi, crediti e debiti, registrazioni di contabilità generale. Siamo il sistema operativo di finanza e contabilità dei nostri clienti. Il tuo compito sarà sfruttare questo patrimonio informativo per risolvere problemi concreti dei clienti. Le tue responsabilità includeranno:

- Discovery, comprensione del dominio e sperimentazione
- Design e sviluppo di sistemi AI in produzione
- Definizione e gestione di evals: metriche, dataset di test, monitoraggio di qualità, costi e latenza
- Iterazione continua sui prodotti AI esistenti, scegliendo di volta in volta l'approccio più adatto. Il lavoro non è “done” quando il modello è in prod, ma quando i clienti lo usano quotidianamente e ne sono dipendenti

Alcuni esempi di progetti su cui potresti lavorare dal primo mese:

- Introdurre re-ranking nel nostro algoritmo di riconciliazione automatica.
- Costruire un nuovo sistema di knowledge management, retrieval, memory e tool use per gli AI agents di Sibill.
- Seguire training e evals di un modello linguistico per le transazioni bancarie italiane.

Chi stiamo cercando

- Hai una laurea magistrale o un dottorato in Computer Science, Data Science, Ingegneria, Matematica o altra disciplina STEM. Basi solide di matematica, statistica, probabilità e machine learning faranno la differenza.
- Hai esperienza concreta e casi di successo nel costruire e portare in produzione applicazioni AI-based usate da migliaia di utenti.
- Non hai preso scorciatoie: conosci le basi (modelli lineari, algebra lineare, reti neurali, backprop) e padroneggi il “basso livello”.
- Padroneggi Python moderno e gli strumenti dello sviluppo software (git, Docker, CI/CD, unit testing, evals). Non runniamo data pipeline su Jupyter Notebook in produzione.
- Conosci le API dei principali provider di modelli e i framework dell'ecosistema, ma sai anche quando farne a meno.
- Hai una mentalità di ownership end-to-end, soprattutto all'inizio. Non succederà ogni giorno, ma se serve potresti dover costruire una data pipeline da zero, scrivere un ETL batch, scrivere codice in Elixir o TypeScript, o supportare i colleghi con un'analisi empirica puntuale.
- Parli fluentemente italiano e inglese.
- Punto bonus: almeno 7-8 anni di esperienza nel software o nel ML, di cui una parte su sistemi AI in produzione. Hai già fatto coaching e mentoring a colleghi junior.

Retribuzione e benefit

- RAL: tra 80.000 € e 100.000 €, in base all'esperienza
- Buoni pasto: 8 € per giorno lavorativo
- Full remote (con residenza in Italia). Ti chiederemo solo di venire a Milano per qualche settimana durante l'onboarding. Se invece sei a Milano, sei più che benvenut* in ufficio!
