## Job description

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

- Diseñar e implementar soluciones con LLMs: RAG, agentes, function calling, orquestación de prompts y fine-tuning liviano cuando aplique. Integrar APIs de proveedores de AI (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) en sistemas productivos, con foco en costo, latencia y confiabilidad.
- Evaluar y elegir arquitecturas (vector stores, frameworks de orquestación como LangChain/LlamaIndex, pipelines de embeddings).
- Definir métricas de evaluación de calidad de modelos/agentes (accuracy, hallucination rate, guardrails) y monitoreo en producción.
- Colaborar con equipos de DevSecOps para asegurar despliegues seguros (manejo de datos sensibles, control de acceso, auditoría de prompts).
- Participar en propuestas técnicas y estimaciones para clientes, traduciendo necesidades de negocio en soluciones de AI viables.

¿Qué esperamos de vos?

- 3+ años de experiencia en desarrollo de software (Python y/o TypeScript/Node).
- Experiencia concreta implementando soluciones con LLMs en producción (no solo POCs).
- Conocimiento de patrones RAG, prompt engineering y arquitecturas de agentes.
- Experiencia con al menos un framework de orquestación (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, o similar).
- Familiaridad con vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, etc.). Inglés técnico para leer documentación y papers.

Requisitos deseables:

- Experiencia en fine-tuning o entrenamiento de modelos propios.
- Conocimiento de MLOps (versionado de modelos, CI/CD para ML, observabilidad).
- Background en consultoría o roles client-facing.
- Certificaciones o experiencia con cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) en servicios de AI.
