Cross Functional Collaboration: - Partner effectively with Construction Management, Property Management, Leasing, Acquisitions, Asset Management, and Marketing to understand priorities and support broader business objectives. - Communicate clearly, directly, and respectfully with internal and external stakeholders; surface risks early and provide appropriate context, options, and recommendations. - Understand how design decisions affect project cost, schedule, leasing strategy, asset operations, risk, and long-term value, and incorporate those considerations into recommendations. - Navigate competing priorities and differing perspectives constructively, helping teams reach practical, well-informed decisions. - Build trust through responsiveness, reliability, sound judgment, professionalism, and consistent follow-through.
