## What you’ll do

- Manage the full end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle, from invoice receipt through verification, posting, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Perform 3-way matching to validate invoices against supporting documentation and ensure accurate processing.
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Process and post invoices accurately and within established timelines.
- Coordinate and support payment processing and ensure timely settlement of approved invoices.
- Perform AP reconciliations and investigate outstanding or unmatched transactions.
- Identify and resolve AP discrepancies, including missing invoices, overpayments, duplicate postings, and invoice mismatches.
- Support month-end closing activities, including AP reconciliation, reporting, and transaction review.
- Maintain accurate AP records and ensure adherence to internal controls and established procedures.

## What we’re looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in Accounts Payable / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end AP process.
- Experience with invoice processing, 3-way matching, invoice posting, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Knowledge of month-end closing procedures.
- Experience supporting global AP processes is an advantage
