This role will primarily support Japanese clients across consulting, corporate, healthcare, technology and financial services sectors by managing end-to-end quantitative and qualitative research projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in survey project management, questionnaire development, vendor coordination, client servicing, and research operations. Exposure to qualitative methodologies such as IDIs and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) will be an added advantage. This is a highly cross-functional, client-facing role requiring strong project ownership, problem-solving capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
