You'll design and scale the systems that bridge the gap between complex energy hardware and seamless digital experiences. Whether you are optimizing our Virtual Power Plant, building high-performance APIs for our customer apps, or engineering the core platform that powers our entire business, your work will be the backbone of the energy transition. Responsibilities: - Design and implement robust, event-driven architectures using Go and Kafka to support a diverse range of product domains. - Develop high-quality APIs and data integrations that connect our platform to physical devices, external markets, and user-facing interfaces. - Integrate LLMs and machine learning models into backend services to solve complex problems and enhance our "Gen AI" infrastructure. - Take end-to-end responsibility for services, from initial design and testing to deployment and long-term observability. - Design and implement automation solutions that create real business value – be open to workflow engines (e.g. n8n) and low-code platforms (e.g. Airtable) alongside custom code. Note: DevOps/SRE/Platform engineers are also very welcome to apply to this opening. Tech Stack: Backend with GoLang; ML with Python, PyTorch, and LLMs; Frontend with React, Tailwind, and Shadcn; Mobile with Flutter; General tools including Azure, GitHub, Linear, Notion, Kafka, Benthos (data pipeline), n8n / Kestra (workflow engine), and low-code process automation platforms. ## Requirements - Experience. 3+ years of experience in high-performance environments (e.g. top-tier consulting, fast-scaling startups, or similar). - Track Record. Proven end-to-end responsibility in software engineering or infrastructure/DevOps. From ideation to release. - Background. Strong background in relevant fields, e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar. - Technical Skills. Strong coding skills with proficiency in Go, or similar. Familiarity with event-driven architecture and a "right tool for the job" mindset regarding automation. Fluent in spec-driven, AI-assisted development (e.g. Claude Code). - Mindset.
