Selling online and across more than 9,000 retail stores - making more than 12 million periods better so far. Today was good. Tomorrow will bleed better. What you will do: 1. Brand Ownership, Commercial Delivery & Through-the-Line Execution (80%) Focus: Support full-spectrum brand management to drive awareness, trial, penetration, and sales. - Execute integrated brand initiatives across ATL and BTL — delivering clear commercial outcomes across awareness, education, trial, and conversion. - Own the end-to-end digital marketing funnel across paid and organic social media. - Work cross-functionally with Design, Ecommerce, Retail, Trade, and external partners to bring campaigns to life across all touchpoints. - Develop and adapt campaign toolkits, brand assets, and sales/trade materials, with the support of regional marketing.. - Govern brand expression across every touchpoint in Thailand - including messaging, visual identity, packaging, POSM, retail displays, e-commerce marketplaces, partnerships, and other brand expressions. - Support retail activations and leverage retailer promotional programs/mechanisms (e.g., Watson’s thematic campaigns) to drive trial and sales uplift. - Support the development and testing of new growth levers based on business needs — proposing approaches, evaluating impact, and adapting plans as the Thailand strategy evolves with leadership direction. - Track brand health, competitor activity, campaign performance, and consumer insights; translate learnings into recommendations for future initiatives. - Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and reporting with accuracy and ownership. 1. Lead Sampling Activations and Brand Events (20%) Trial and Sampling Activations - Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of IRL activation events in Bangkok from start to finish. - Own logistics, staffing, sampling allocation, partner coordination and on-ground operations. - Ensure FPD delivers high-quality trials at scale, with efficient operations and strong user experience in office environments. - Analyse performance, report outcomes, and recommend improvements to scale or refine the format. - Develop a scalable playbook for expanding IRL activations beyond Bangkok, depending on business needs and market readiness. Brand Events — Key Strategic Support - Support the planning and execution of brand events - Coordinate booth design, storytelling, sampling operations, traffic-driving mechanics and sales-driving promotions. - Manage logistics, partner communication, and on-ground setup to ensure smooth delivery. - Activate influencer engagement and marketing to drive attendance, buzz and event sales. - Track performance and generate learnings to inform future executions. Continuous Learning & Optimisation - Surface insights from Sampling and Brand Events to improve sampling efficiency, cost per trial, and cultural relevance. - Identify what formats to scale, what to iterate, and how to evolve these flagship initiatives as growth levers for Thailand. What you will bring: - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing or consumer or high growth environments - Someone who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and delivers high-quality execution. - Strong in coordination and communication, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders. - Proven ability to execute commercially, run media campaigns on platform (Meta, TT) and track performance. - Commercially-minded, with a clear understanding of how brand activities drive trial, conversion, and growth. - A natural problem-solver who takes initiative, owns tasks end-to-end, and applies learnings to improve each cycle. - Able to adapt quickly in a fast-changing market and proactively propose improvements. - A brand steward who cares deeply about consistency, quality, and consumer experience across all touchpoints. - Familiarity with the Thailand market is preferred.
