## Job description

We're looking for a senior brand marketer to turn FTMO's brand strategy into finished campaigns across our key markets — consistent, high-quality, on time. You shape the brief, steer the creative with our agencies, and drive it through production and rollout into live campaigns in every market. You own the whole program end to end — from concept to results, including the budget — and keep the FTMO brand consistent across every market and campaign. It's a senior, high-ownership role: you lead the work and hold our agencies to our standard.

What can you expect?

- Own the brand program end to end – turning agreed positioning, strategy and priorities into a live, always-on plan across markets.
- Own the creative brief – steer the creative agency and keep every output on-brand.
- Run production – run production end to end — coordinating both internally across our teams and externally with our agencies and production houses — keeping quality, timelines and budget on track.
- Drive rollout across markets – take campaigns live, manage localisation, and coordinate media planning and buying.
- Hold agencies to a high standard – challenge and steer creative and media partners as a demanding client, not just coordinate them.
- Orchestrate the agreed mix of channels and formats into one program across markets.
- Coordinate measurement with media and analytics (salience, recall, brand association, brand lift) and feed the learnings into the next cycle.
- Build and hold long-running brand partnerships over time.

What do we expect from you?

- 6+ years running integrated brand campaigns end to end (concept → production → distribution → measurement), including senior ownership of multi-market campaigns or an always-on program – not only channel or performance execution.
- Proven global-to-local delivery: one concept run across multiple markets, not domestic-only campaigns.
- Senior client-side ownership of creative and media agencies – briefing, steering and challenging them on quality.
- Experience keeping an always-on brand program and partnerships running over time.
- Fluent English; Czech or Slovak is a plus.
- Background from international brands or scale-ups operating across multiple markets (CEE/EMEA experience welcome).
- Drive outcomes and move fast—make decisions without process bottlenecks, manage budgets and timelines without micromanaging, and flag early when stuck.
- Hold the line on quality and brand under pressure, saying no when needed while maintaining a clean, respectful partnership with Media and Multimedia.
- Comfortable using AI day-to-day, with strong prompting skills (e.g., in Claude) for research and workflows as an advantage.
