We grew in value faster than headcount and we’re looking to align the two quickly. What you'll work on here:

- Lead end-to-end brand design projects, from exploration to final polish
- Collaborate with Heads of Design and Marketing on strategy
- Create compelling visuals that resonate with developers
- Build and maintain our brand guidelines
- Express ideas through high-fidelity mockups in Figma, Paper, Replit, or design tools of choice

What you bring to the table:

- 4+ years of brand and creative design experience in SaaS / tech companies
- Strong portfolio showcasing identity systems and campaigns
- You keep user experience central to your design thinking, balancing the “why” and “how”
- Your attention to detail and craftsmanship creates seamless, intuitive design
- You understand how design decisions interconnect, ensuring cohesive experiences
- You make informed decisions and stay steps ahead
- You combine design passion with business acumen and strong relationships
- Expert in Figma, Paper, Replit, or design tools of choice
- Experience with digital-first brands and developer tools
- Understanding of design systems and visual hierarchy
- Nice to have: Motion design capabilities
