About the Role: As a Senior Business Analyst at Shift, you will lead the delivery of highly complex, enterprise-scale financial technology initiatives. This senior role calls for deep expertise navigating complex financial products, core banking systems, technical integrations, and large-scale migration programs. You will work autonomously to tackle ambiguous delivery challenges and play a critical role in shaping business outcomes from day one. Your ability to independently engage stakeholders, define business requirements, and drive strategy execution across multiple functions is essential to success in this role.
