Senior Business Development Manager – Payments & Cross-Border Solutions – Paris

En tant que Senior Business Development Manager – Payments & Cross-Border Solutions chez Convera, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de notre activité paiements internationaux auprès des grands comptes et entreprises en France.

Ce poste s’inscrit dans une dynamique stratégique forte visant à accélérer la croissance de Convera sur les solutions de paiements transfrontaliers, en complément de notre expertise historique en change. Vous serez l’un des premiers acteurs de cette expansion sur le marché français.

Vos responsabilités

- Identifier, développer et conclure de nouvelles opportunités commerciales auprès d’entreprises françaises à dimension internationale, avec un focus sur les solutions de paiements transfrontaliers (B2B).
- Prospecter activement de nouveaux clients et analyser leurs processus de paiements internationaux, flux AP/AR, enjeux de trésorerie et d’efficacité opérationnelle.
- Comprendre les besoins clients liés aux paiements cross-border et concevoir des solutions sur mesure combinant paiements, plateformes technologiques et, le cas échéant, solutions de change.
- Adopter une approche de vente consultative en positionnant Convera comme partenaire stratégique.
- Développer des relations durables avec des interlocuteurs de niveau C-level, finance, trésorerie ou opérations.
- Piloter l’ensemble du cycle de vente et assurer le reporting du pipeline et des informations marché.
- Contribuer à la structuration de l’offre paiements en France via le partage des retours clients et concurrentiels.

Profil recherché

- Formation Bac+5 (école de commerce, université ou équivalent).
- Expérience confirmée en vente B2B de solutions financières, idéalement en paiements internationaux, cross-border payments, fintech ou FX.
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux financiers et opérationnels des entreprises.
- Capacité démontrée à développer de nouvelles affaires et à dépasser des objectifs commerciaux.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en vente consultative.
- Esprit entrepreneurial, autonome, orienté résultats.
- Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais requise.
- Expérience en finance ou services financiers indispensable.
