- Must-Haves:
- 3+ роки досвіду на позиціі business developer/affiliate manager в affiliate marketing;
- Глибоке розуміння трекінг-інтеграцій: Postback / API – практичний досвід налаштування, а не лише теорія;
- Практичний досвід автоматизації процесів: вміння будувати систему, а не тільки виконувати задачі;
- Сильна data-driven культура та аналітичні здібності: рішення спираються на дані і показники, а не на загальні враження;
- Видатні результати на попередніх місцях роботи, підкріплені конкретними показниками та досягненнями;
- Системність: вміння мислити структурно, бачити загальну картину й водночас керувати деталями;
- Вільне володіння українською мовою;
- Вільна англійська (C1 або еквівалентний рівень): обов'язковий досвід щоденної комунікації з американськими партнерами на дзвінках.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Досвід у Home Services або Home Improvement: розуміння ринку та типів contractors.

🎯 Зона відповідальності

- Побудова якісних партнерських відносин з поточними партнерами / контракторами та постійна робота над збільшенням revenue;
- Повний цикл ведення комунікації з партнерами: заведення оферів, налаштування трекінгу, надання та отримання фідбеку щодо якості трафіку (appointment rate, close rate тощо);
- Технічна інтеграція з партнерами: API / postback – у співпраці з технічною командою;
- Аналітика трафіку, побудова репортів та шейринг з маркетинговою командою;
- Впровадження рішень, що підвищують монетизацію трафіку;
- Самостійний ресьорч, генерація ідей, планування, впровадження, автоматизація.

🧠 Як виглядає процес

- Initial Interview: перша зустріч з TA Manager, де ми обговорюємо мотивацію, очікування від ролі та контекст попереднього досвіду. Використовуються behavioral-питання, щоб зрозуміти підхід до роботи, відповідальність і спосіб прийняття рішень;
- Technical Interview: розмова з CMO/CEO, сфокусована на практиці. Розглядаються реальні кейси, типові задачі та логіка мислення. Без абстракцій — тільки те, як приймаються рішення і які результати за ними стоять;
- Test Task: оплачуване практичне завдання, максимально наближене до реальних задач команди, яке зазвичай потребує 6–8 годин. Оцінюється підхід до виконання, пріоритети та спосіб мислення, а не лише фінальний результат;
- Final Interview: обговорення тестового завдання — розбір підходу, рішень і логіки, а також будь-які додаткові питання, які виникли з обох сторін за час процесу. Це фінальна звірка перед тим, як перейти до наступного кроку;
- Reference Check: фінальний етап — збір зворотного зв’язку від попередніх колег або керівників для підтвердження загальної картини.
