The successful candidate will have the experience, knowledge and leadership skills to lead the construction teams and activities at a hyperscale data center campus to a safe and successful delivery, with quality, on time and on budget. It is required to have a deep understanding of all facets of the building process, from the initial planning and foundational work through to project completion and turnover. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, strong technical expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders. Furthermore, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment is crucial. Location: 100% onsite in Frederick, MD Compensation: $165K-$185K (Offers Bonus) Essential Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end construction for data center projects, from development to final delivery - Responsible for actively monitoring the safety of all site infrastructure, substation and core/shell construction - Responsible for interface management (suppliers, GCs, AHJ, community impact) - Stewardship of site permits - Manage logistics across multiple sites - Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope - Ensure all site personnel follow OSHA safety requirements and stop all unsafe operations - Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with project requirements - Work closely with Rowan’s Development, Engineering, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless project handoff and operational readiness.
