Deine Rolle

Als (Senior) Consultant – Business Analyst im Bereich Payments mit Fokus auf Corporate Cards unterstützt Du Transformationsinitiativen bei Banken und Zahlungsdienstleistern, die ihre Commercial-Card-Fähigkeiten weiterentwickeln. Du analysierst Geschäftsanforderungen, optimierst End-to-End-Prozesse und begleitest die Umsetzung über Produkt-, Operations- und Technologieteams hinweg. Diese Rolle verbindet fundierte Payment-Expertise mit strukturierter Analyse und Beratungskompetenz.

Deine Aufgaben

- Erhebung und Dokumentation von Geschäftsanforderungen im Bereich Corporate Cards (z. B. Issuing, Kontoeröffnung, Ausgabensteuerung, Transaktionsverarbeitung, Abstimmung, Service und Reporting)
- Unterstützung bei Prozessneugestaltung und funktionaler Analyse für Produktverbesserungen, Plattformveränderungen und Operating-Model-Optimierungen
- Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in klare Spezifikationen für Technologie-Teams, Anbieter und Implementierungspartner
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt-, Operations-, Compliance- und IT-Stakeholdern zur Unterstützung der End-to-End-Umsetzung
- Mitwirkung an Testaktivitäten, Defect-Management, UAT-Koordination und Go-Live-Vorbereitung

Dein Profil

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst im Payments-, Karten- oder Transaction-Banking-Umfeld
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Corporate- oder Commercial-Card-Produkten sowie zugehörigen Prozessen (Service, Kontrolle, Settlement, Reporting)
- Erfahrung in Transformationsinitiativen im Zusammenhang mit Kartenplattformen, Customer Journeys oder Prozessoptimierung
- Fähigkeit zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit über Business- und Technologie-Teams hinweg in komplexen Projektumfeldern
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Kommunikationsstärke und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft

## Nice to have

- Kenntnisse von Scheme-Regeln, Kartenprozessen, Expense-Management-Integrationen oder Travel- und Procurement-Anwendungsfällen

Gehalt

- Das monatliche Bruttogrundgehalt für diese Position beträgt mindestens 2.400 €. Das endgültige Angebot kann höher ausfallen und die Erfahrung, die Qualifikationen und die Eignung des Kandidaten für die Stelle widerspiegeln.
