Deine Rolle

Als (Senior) Consultant – Business Analyst im Bereich Payments mit Fokus auf Pricing & Billing unterstützt Du strategische Transformationsinitiativen bei Finanzinstituten, die ihre Preismodelle, Abrechnungsprozesse und kommerziellen Angebote modernisieren. Du arbeitest eng mit Produkt-, Finance-, Operations- und Technologieteams zusammen, um Anforderungen zu analysieren, Lösungen zu definieren und skalierbare Pricing- und Billing-Fähigkeiten umzusetzen. Diese Rolle erfordert eine Kombination aus Payment-Expertise, kommerziellem Verständnis und analytischer Präzision.

Deine Aufgaben

- Erhebung und Dokumentation von Anforderungen zu Gebührenstrukturen, Preismodellen, Abrechnungsereignissen, Rechnungsstellung, Anpassungen und Umsatzreporting im Zahlungsverkehr
- Analyse bestehender Prozesse sowie Unterstützung bei der Zielbilddefinition für Pricing- und Billing-Plattformen, Kontrollen und operative Abläufe
- Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in funktionale Spezifikationen für Pricing-Engines, Abrechnungssysteme, Produktkonfiguration und Reporting-Lösungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt-, Finance-, Operations- und Technologie-Teams zur Sicherstellung wirtschaftlich sinnvoller und operativ umsetzbarer Lösungen
- Unterstützung von Testaktivitäten, Abstimmungsprozessen, UAT und Implementierung in Pricing- und Billing-Transformationsprogrammen

Dein Profil

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst im Payments-, Transaction-Banking-, Billing- oder Pricing-Umfeld
- Fundiertes Verständnis kommerzieller und operativer Prozesse im Zusammenhang mit Pricing, Gebührenmodellen, Rechnungsstellung und Vermeidung von Umsatzverlusten
- Erfahrung in der Strukturierung komplexer kommerzieller Anforderungen und deren Überführung in umsetzbare Lösungen
- Fähigkeit zur effektiven Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern aus Produkt, Finance, Operations und IT
- Ausgeprägte analytische, kommunikative und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten in kundenorientierten Projektumfeldern
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft

- Kenntnisse in Fee-Engine-Design, Pricing-Governance, Billing-Transparenz oder Produktprofitabilität

Gehalt

- Das monatliche Bruttogrundgehalt für diese Position beträgt mindestens 2.400 €. Das endgültige Angebot kann höher ausfallen und die Erfahrung, die Qualifikationen und die Eignung des Kandidaten für die Stelle widerspiegeln.
