Wir suchen dich als Senior Content Manager SEO/AEO (m/w/d), um unsere organische Sichtbarkeit über Suchmaschinen, AI-driven Search und Large Language Models strategisch weiterzuentwickeln. In dieser Rolle verbindest du redaktionelle Exzellenz mit datengetriebenem Organic Growth und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Inhalte Nutzer und Nutzerinnen entlang der gesamten Customer Journey erreichen, informieren und konvertieren.

Als Teil unseres globalen Content Marketing Teams entwickelst du hochwertige, nutzerzentrierte Inhalte rund um Gebrauchtwagen und Mobilität. Du verantwortest Content-Strategien für den deutschen Markt, optimierst Inhalte für klassische Suchergebnisse ebenso wie für AI-generierte Antworten und arbeitest eng mit Product, Brand, Demand Generation und externen Partnern zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer ganzheitlichen Content-, SEO- und AEO-Strategie für AutoScout24 mit Fokus auf organische Sichtbarkeit, Nutzerrelevanz und Business Impact
- Optimierung von Inhalten für klassische Suchmaschinen, AI Overviews, generative Suchergebnisse und Large Language Models
- Identifizierung von Themen-, Keyword-, Intent- und Content-Gaps entlang der Customer Journey und Ableitung konkreter Content-Maßnahmen
- Verantwortung für redaktionelle Roadmaps und Content-Kalender für relevante Formate wie Landing Pages, Ratgeber, Magazin-Artikel, und weitere digitale Assets
- Erstellung, Briefing, Qualitätssicherung und Optimierung hochwertiger Inhalte rund um Gebrauchtwagen, Mobilität und verwandte Themen
- Weiterentwicklung bestehender Inhalte hinsichtlich Relevanz, Struktur, Layout, interner Verlinkung, User Experience, Conversion und technischer Auffindbarkeit
- Steuerung externer Agenturen, Freelancer und weiterer Content-Partner inklusive Briefings, Feedback, Qualitätsmanagement und Priorisierung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit SEO-Tech-, Product-, UX-, Marketing-Teams zur Verbesserung der Nutzerführung von Discovery bis Lead Generation

Dein Profil

- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich SEO, Content Marketing, Organic Growth, Editorial Strategy oder vergleichbaren Rollen
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung erfolgreicher Content-Strategien mit messbarem Impact auf organische Sichtbarkeit, Engagement, Conversion oder Lead Generation
- Sehr gutes Verständnis klassischer SEO-Prinzipien sowie erste Kenntnisse in AEO, AI Search, Generative Engine Optimization und LLM Visibility
