## WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Define and execute the content strategy and technical storytelling that generates demand for Teleport among our engineering personas.
- Research, source, and create technical blogs, videos, ads, web pages, social media posts, and more.
- Become an internal subject matter expert on Teleport’s products, customers, competitive landscape, and more.
- Source and develop a network of external contributors to establish a continuous pipeline of original, expert content.
- Manage content delivery from end-to-end to maintain consistent delivery.
- Use performance data and analytics to identify new content opportunities.
- Leverage AI tools to scale technical content workflows and increase content quality.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts in product, engineering, marketing, and sales.

## WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex, technical concepts into clear, marketing-purposed content.
- Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, and GEO best practices.
- A sharp eye for detail and content quality.
- Deep expertise developing content tailored to technical buyer journeys.
- Advanced knowledge of software development, cybersecurity, identity and access management, and cloud/infrastructure technology concepts.
- A high level of autonomy; you are confident driving projects despite ambiguity.
- Experience using LLMs to accelerate content production without compromising quality.
- Understanding of what separates effective marketing content from “AI-slop,” and can articulate and enforce AI quality standards across content types.

## WHAT YOU HAVE:

- 5-7 years of experience in B2B technical marketing, content marketing, product marketing, developer relations, or product management.
- Experience as a technical practitioner in software engineering, platform engineering, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- A portfolio that demonstrates technical content across web, blog, video, social media, ad, and other mediums.
