## ABOUT THE TEAM & MISSION

42dot의 데이터 분석팀은 차량과 차량을 사용하는 사용자에게 생성되는 데이터를 통해서, 인사이트를 도출하고 이를 다시 서비스에 반연해서 사용자 경험을 더 나아지게 만드는 데이터 루프를 만드는 업무를 수행합니다.

Data를 통해 다양한 인사이트를 제공하고, 모빌리티의 혁신을 이루어갈 동료분들을 기다립니다.

## RESPONSIBILITIES

- 데이터 기반 문제 정의 및 분석 수행: 서비스/비즈니스 지표 분석을 통해 핵심 과제 및 개선 포인트를 도출합니다.
- 차량 데이터·주행 로그 분석: 차량 센서 데이터, 주행 패턴 등 다양한 모빌리티 데이터를 기반으로 인사이트를 제공합니다.
- 지표 설계 및 성능 모니터링: 서비스 KPI를 정의하고, 대시보드 및 모니터링 체계를 구축·운영합니다.
- 크로스 팀 협업: 기획·개발·운영·사업팀과 협업하여 분석 요구사항을 정리하고 데이터 기반 의사결정을 지원합니다.

## QUALIFICATIONS

- 최소 10년 이상의 데이터 분석 및 기획 실무 경험
- 데이터 기반 문제 해결 능력: 문제 정의 → 분석 설계 → 인사이트 도출 → 액션 제안까지 수행할 수 있는 역량
- SQL/Python 기반 데이터 분석 경험
- 대시보드 도구(Tableau, Looker, Power BI 등) 사용 경험
- 다양한 조직 구성원에게 분석 결과를 명확하고 논리적으로 전달할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 스스로 분석 목표를 설정하고 추진할 수 있는 자기 주도적 업무 스타일

## PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 자동차/모빌리티/IoT/지도(LBS)/센서 관련 데이터 분석 경험
- 차량 CAN 데이터, 주행 로그, ADAS/자율주행 데이터 경험
- 데이터 파이프라인 구축 또는 ETL 환경(Hive, Spark, Airflow 등) 경험
