About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead the company's reporting and analytics function. As the sole Data Analyst, this role serves as an internal analytics consultant, partnering with teams across the organization to turn business, product, and security data into actionable insights. The Senior Data Analyst analyzes business operations, customer behavior, mobile application telemetry, and security event data to support decision-making, measure product performance, identify trends, and inform strategic planning. They also contribute to financial reporting, assisting with quarter-end close, invoicing and reconciliation. Success in this role requires advanced SQL skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, independence, and excellent communication skills. Data & Reporting - Write efficient SQL queries in AWS Athena to extract and analyze large datasets stored in Amazon S3. - Integrate data from multiple internal systems to develop meaningful reporting and analytical solutions. - Design, develop, publish, and maintain Tableau dashboards used throughout the organization. - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. - Document data sources, business rules, report definitions, and analytical methodologies. - Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and analysis.
