Job Responsibilities: - Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and BI solutions to support business and project requirements. - Build and optimize analytical assets using Looker and other data visualization and BI technologies. - Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. - Translate business and analytical requirements into effective data models, dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and project members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality analytical outputs. - Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability of deliverables. - Apply strong analytical thinking to solve business problems and communicate findings effectively. - Contribute to the development of analytical solutions and explore opportunities to apply machine learning techniques where appropriate. - Support the delivery of project milestones and ensure analytical deliverables meet project timelines and quality expectations. - Continuously improve BI and analytical assets for usability, scalability, and performance. Basic Qualifications: - Proven professional experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role. - Strong, hands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard and report development. - Strong experience with Looker and business intelligence/analytics solutions. - Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and validation. - Working proficiency in Python for data analysis and analytical workflows. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions. - Experience working with data from multiple sources and delivering insights through visualization and reporting. - Experience working with SAP/ Azure - Ability to work independently and effectively within a project delivery environment.
