North America or Latin America, friendly to EST Works closely with: Creative, Production, Tech ## The Role The Senior Designer role at Active Theory is for an experienced practitioner who has moved beyond core execution into a position of project ownership and creative influence. You are expected to lead design tracks with a high degree of independence, translating complex briefs into cohesive visual systems. While you work closely with Creative Directors, you are the primary driver of the visual craft on your projects, ensuring excellence from concept to final delivery.
