You'll take ownership of design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring every output is high-quality, on-brand, and delivered on time — while mentoring intermediate and junior designers and contributing fresh creative thinking to the wider team. Roles & Responsibilities Design & Content Creation - Design Development: Create and develop innovative design solutions that align with project goals and brand guidelines across digital assets, print collateral and brand campaigns - Briefs: Craft comprehensive creative briefs for both in-house and external creative teams - Prototypes + Mock Ups: Produce prototypes, mockups, and wireframes to visualise design concepts and facilitate stakeholder feedback - Project Management: Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes - Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet technical specifications and are consistent with brand guidelines - Handle colour correction, grading, retouching for images and videos and audio with videos where required - Packaging: Minor updates to existing packaging artwork - Other tasks management may deem appropriate from time to time Collaboration & Leadership - Team Coordination: Work closely with the Design Director and Design Project Manager to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality output - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the Design Director, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions - Leadership Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to intermediate and junior designers, helping them grow and improve their skills - Project Leadership: Take the lead on design projects when needed, ensuring successful execution from concept to completion - Conceptualisation and Innovation: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
