Deine Aufgaben – contra boring, PRO YOU

Als Teil unseres neuen AI Foundation Teams bist Du mitverantwortlich für unsere unternehmensweite GenAI-, Agent- und Datenplattform. Dabei verbindest du AI, Data, Eventing und autonome Agents zu einer skalierbaren, orchestrierten Gesamtarchitektur. Dein Anspruch: Systeme, in denen Agents nicht nur intelligent agieren, sondern kontrollierbar, resilient, sicher eingebettet und produktiv einsetzbar sind – vom Copilot bis zum autonomen Multi-Agent-Workflow.

- Architektur: Du definierst die Zielarchitektur unserer GenAI- und Agent-Plattform, entwickelst skalierbare Strukturen und etablierst verbindliche Architekturprinzipien für AI, Data und Eventing.
- Plattformaufbau: Als Verantwortlicher für AI- und Data Foundation konzipierst Du MCP-Server als kontrollierte Execution Layer, orchestrierst Planner-, Executor- und Validator-Patterns und implementierst Guardrails sowie Observability-Konzepte.
- Datenstrategie: Durch den Aufbau einer modularen Data Foundation und klar definierter Data Products verankerst Du API-first- und domain-orientierte Modelle, integrierst strukturierte und unstrukturierte Daten in RAG-fähige Architekturen und stellst Qualität sowie Governance sicher.
- Eventing: Du entwickelst ein skalierbares Eventing Framework, definierst Event Contracts und Schema Governance und integrierst Agents in eventgetriebene Workflows mit Fokus auf Idempotenz und Resilienz.
- Leadership: Mit technischer Führung, Mentoring und klaren Standards steuerst Du Technologieentscheidungen, evaluierst neue Frameworks und definierst die Roadmap für unsere AI- und Data-Plattform in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Security-, Cloud- und Business-Teams.

Dein Profil – contra 08/15, PRO YOU

- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit starkem Architektur- und Plattformfokus
- Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung und Architektur, nachweislicher Aufbau skalierbarer Plattformen sowie Arbeit mit Microservices und Event-driven Architectures
- Fachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Python-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Java und/oder TypeScript, fundierte Cloud-Expertise in AWS, Erfahrung mit LLM-Integration, Agent-Frameworks, Data Products, Multi-Tenant- und IAM-Architekturen sowie Event-Streaming-Technologien
- Persönlichkeit: Strategisches Denkvermögen, hohe technische Verantwortung, Durchsetzungsstärke in Architekturfragen und Freude an Mentoring und bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
- Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld
