## Job description

ILLUIN Technology est le leader français de l'IA Générative souveraine, du traitement documentaire intelligent (Illuin Doc Automation) et des solutions de conversation automatisée (Illuin Dialogue). Nous développons des modèles de langage (LLM) propriétaires et une plateforme technologique de pointe pour permettre aux entreprises et aux grandes organisations de déployer l'IA en toute sécurité, en gardant la maîtrise absolue de leurs données et infrastructures. Dans le cadre du passage à l'échelle de nos offres SaaS et de l'accompagnement d'architectures sur-mesure chez nos clients, nous recrutons un(e) Senior DevOps / SRE Engineer chevronné(e) pour piloter nos enjeux d'infrastructure, de Run et de consulting.

→ Votre mission En tant que Senior DevOps & SRE / Lead Infrastructure, vous occupez un rôle pivot à la croisée de l'ingénierie produit, de la gestion du Run et du conseil d'expertise technique :

- Proximité Produit : Vous travaillez en lien direct et étroit avec les équipes produits (Lead Engineers, Software Architects, R&D) pour industrialiser, déployer et faire évoluer la suite logicielle ILLUIN.
- Run SaaS (SRE) : Vous êtes le/la garant(e) de la haute disponibilité, de la sécurité et de la scalabilité de l'ensemble de nos services hébergés en SaaS.
- Consulting Client : Vous intervenez directement auprès de nos clients grands comptes dans le cadre de missions d'expertise et de conseil (prestations facturées) pour concevoir et paramétrer des architectures Cloud/MLOps adaptées à leurs environnements complexes.

→ Vos responsabilités

🚀 1. Industrialisation & déploiement des produits ILLUIN

- Industrialiser, automatiser et standardiser le déploiement et le packaging des produits ILLUIN : Doc Automation, Dialogue, nAIxt et briques LLM/NLP.
- Définir et faire évoluer les stratégies de déploiement : SaaS, On-Premise, Cloud souverain et environnements hybrides.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Software Engineering et R&D afin d'intégrer les exigences d'exploitabilité dès la conception.
- Définir et faire évoluer les bonnes pratiques de CI/CD, GitOps et Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Identifier et piloter des chantiers d'amélioration des pratiques Ops.

☁️ 2. Cloud & Infrastructure

- Concevoir, déployer et maintenir des infrastructures Cloud via Terraform et/ou Pulumi.
- Travailler sur des environnements AWS, GCP, Azure et OVHcloud.
- Administrer et faire évoluer des clusters Kubernetes, ainsi que les problématiques de réseau, stockage, sécurité et haute disponibilité.
- Participer à la conception d'architectures Cloud, On-Premise et hybrides adaptées aux contraintes techniques et de sécurité de nos clients.
- Contribuer à la mise en œuvre d'infrastructures répondant aux exigences de sécurité, RGPD et souveraineté des données.

⚡ 3. SRE & Run

- Garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la résilience des plateformes SaaS.
- Participer au Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle (MCO) et à l'amélioration continue des environnements de production.
- Mettre en place et faire évoluer les pratiques d'observabilité : métriques, logs, alerting et monitoring.
- Travailler notamment avec des outils tels que Prometheus, Grafana, ELK ou Datadog.
- Participer à la gestion des incidents critiques, aux analyses post-mortem et à la mise en œuvre d'actions correctives.
- Contribuer à la définition et au respect des SLA et des standards de fiabilité.

🤝 4. Expertise technique & accompagnement client

- Intervenir ponctuellement auprès de clients grands comptes sur des problématiques Cloud, SRE et infrastructure.
- Analyser leurs environnements et contraintes afin de proposer des architectures adaptées.
- Accompagner les équipes techniques clientes dans le déploiement, le paramétrage et l'adoption des solutions ILLUIN.
- Apporter votre expertise technique lors des phases de cadrage et d'avant-vente, notamment dans le cadre de réponses à des appels d'offres.
- Être capable de vulgariser des sujets techniques complexes auprès d'interlocuteurs techniques et non techniques.

Profil recherché

🛠️ Compétences techniques

- 5 ans d'expérience minimum dans des fonctions DevOps, SRE, Cloud, Platform Engineering ou Architecture Infrastructure.
- Solide maîtrise de Kubernetes et des environnements conteneurisés.
- Très bonne maîtrise de l'Infrastructure-as-Code, notamment Terraform et/ou Pulumi.
- Expérience significative sur un ou plusieurs Cloud Providers majeurs : AWS, GCP, Azure, OVHcloud.
- Bonne maîtrise des pratiques CI/CD, GitOps et automatisation.
- Expérience des problématiques de production, haute disponibilité, observabilité et incident management.
- Connaissance d'outils de monitoring et observabilité tels que Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog ou ELK.
- Bonne compréhension des architectures distribuées et des environnements microservices.
- Des connaissances en Python, Java ou Node.js sont appréciées pour comprendre et accompagner les environnements applicatifs.
- Une sensibilité aux problématiques IA, LLM, MLOps/LLMOps et Vector Databases est un plus.
