The End User Support team is responsible for the user experience at Maven, managing technology and facilities to help our users achieve greater productivity. To achieve these goals, the team owns responsibility for the office and desktop environment, video conferencing systems, telephony, and more. The End User Support Engineer ensures that Maven’s employees have everything they need to be successful and productive on their desk and at their fingertips. You will take the lead on building efficient desk configurations, moving employees, setting up new desktops, and helping people get the most out of Maven’s technology tools.
