Job/Role Description: The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business growth across large healthcare provider organizations, including health systems, medical groups, and value-based care networks. This role is highly consultative and mission-driven, focused on helping organizations improve clinical outcomes and financial performance through Phamily’s AI-enabled care management platform. This individual will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through contracting and close, while working closely with marketing, product, clinical, and implementation teams to ensure successful deployment and long-term client value. The Enterprise AE will operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and serve as a trusted advisor to executive-level healthcare leaders.
