## Job description

WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is a project solutions organization committed to implementing lean constructions, collaborative contracting, and execution approaches to enable breakthroughs in performance.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide high level administrative and operational support to senior construction leadership overseeing complex, mission critical data center projects. Based in Vernon, Texas, this position is a trusted partner to leadership, requiring sound judgment, discretion, strong executive communication, and the ability to anticipate priorities in a fast moving construction environment. We are seeking candidates who live in Vernon, Texas, or the surrounding area and can report to the Vernon site in person every workday. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

## Key Responsibilities

Own and proactively manage complex executive calendars, meeting priorities, scheduling conflicts, and leadership communications. Coordinate executive meetings, leadership reviews, and site visits, including agendas, briefing materials, minutes, decisions, and follow through. Prepare, refine, and quality check executive presentations, correspondence, reports, and confidential materials. Consolidate project and operational inputs from multiple stakeholders into concise updates, trackers, and decision ready summaries. Manage action item follow up on behalf of leadership, escalate time sensitive issues, and drive closure across teams. Serve as a professional point of coordination between senior leaders, project managers, client facing teams, vendors, and internal functions. Coordinate travel, itineraries, visitor logistics, and executive expense documentation as needed. Maintain confidential records and handle sensitive personnel, commercial, and project information with discretion. Improve administrative processes, templates, document organization, and reporting rhythms to help leadership operate efficiently. Anticipate leadership needs and independently resolve scheduling, coordination, and communication issues. Required Skills and Experience Substantial experience providing direct administrative support to senior executives or senior operational leaders, preferably in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or another complex project environment. Demonstrated ownership of complex calendars, executive communications, confidential information, and competing high priority requests. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word. Excellent writing, editing, organization, judgment, and executive presence. Ability to synthesize complex information, work with minimal direction, and influence follow through across multiple stakeholders. Ability to work onsite in Vernon, Texas, every workday.

## Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting construction executives, program directors, regional operations leaders, or leadership teams on large capital projects. Experience with project reporting, executive dashboards, project controls information, or complex meeting cadences. Experience coordinating across distributed project teams and external partners.
