After becoming a leading player in a few markets in record time, we are looking to grow our engineering team and keep building the financial infrastructure for FX and cross-border payments in Africa.

## Role overview

You will join a small team of experienced engineers and contribute to a diverse range of internal tools and customer-facing products. Your solutions will help grow and run a payment infrastructure that processes millions of euros of transactions per day. This role requires a customer-centric mindset and the ability to communicate clearly with both engineers and non-engineers in order to reach sound technical solutions.

## Key responsibilities

- Ship products to customers and internal teams (payment operations, treasury management, FX trading, compliance).
- Build React web applications.
- Design intuitive user interface.
- Design and implement APIs in Golang.
- Leverage AI-driven development practices.
- Be in touch with stakeholders, founders and business realities.

## What we are looking for

- 6+ years of experience building web products.
- Experience building APIs in Golang, Typescript or any other statically typed language.
- Experience working in a small, high-paced technical team.
- Product builder and customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to navigate trade-offs and balance effort vs impact.
