## WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Senior Software Engineer at Texture, you'll collaborate closely with our Chief Technology Officer to establish the foundational infrastructure of our platform, spanning both frontend and backend development.

- You are able to operate independently without much oversight
- You are able to work across a wide variety of technologies and systems and stitch them together to solve problems and make magic
- You have tons of experience using developer platforms so you can help us build our own to be best-in-class
- You independently research and stay up-to-date with new technologies and engineering methods
- You love solving interesting problems

## WHAT YOU’VE DONE

- At least 5 years of experience in engineering working across the stack
- Strong technical expertise in the relevant field
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Bonus for experience operating in a startup environment
