## About the Role

Maybe you’ve been the designer behind a DTC brand’s best-performing ads and want your work to carry more weight. Or maybe you’ve been doing beautiful brand work and want to see exactly how your designs move the numbers. In this role you won’t be handed a finished campaign to resize. You’ll be the visual engine of the growth team, turning brand guidelines and performance data into ads, emails, and social visuals that convert and still look like a premium beauty brand.

## What You Will Do

This is a hands-on production role for a fast, taste-driven designer who understands performance creative. The volume is high and the turnarounds are tight. The bar stays the same: every asset should look elevated and earn its place in the test. You will design high-volume, performance-driven ad assets for Meta, TikTok, and Google, including static carousels, text-overlay graphics, and story formats. When a concept wins, you will quickly produce visual iterations of it, changing hooks, color palettes, visual hierarchy, and calls-to-action based on what the performance data shows. You will partner with the Lifecycle/CRM Marketer to design responsive, modular email templates and SMS graphics that render well on mobile. You will protect the brand across every digital touchpoint, keeping typography, color, and packaging representation consistent. You will also maintain a well-organized, cloud-based design library and use AI tools such as Midjourney and Photoshop Generative Fill to speed up your workflow.

## Who You Are

- Design Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing consumer, DTC, beauty, personal care, or wellness designs spanning paid social ads, emails, and brand marketing.
- Performance Acumen: Direct experience designing for conversion; understands how typography, layout, and visual hooks impact CTR and ROAS.
- Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Canva.
- Speed with Polish: Ability to deliver high output on tight turnaround cycles while maintaining clean aesthetic execution.
- Language & Alignment: Professional working English; full schedule availability during US Eastern business hours.

## Nice to Have

- Basic motion design, GIF creation, or short-form video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects)
- Experience designing email templates in Klaviyo or similar retention platforms
- Experience in beauty, nail care, or skincare specifically
- Hands-on use of AI tools in a real creative production workflow
