O que é a vaga? Como Sr. Growth Associate, você atuará no time de uma das lideranças de Growth no desenvolvimento de negócios enterprise, com foco em novos contratos e na expansão de Grandes Contas, em especial nas empresas públicas. Terá participação direta em todo o ciclo comercial, da prospecção ao fechamento, com maturidade para dialogar com executivos e dirigentes e autonomia para executar no dia a dia.

Quais serão suas responsabilidades?

- Mapear e prospectar Grandes Contas de empresas públicas e privadas, identificando oportunidades de novos contratos e de expansão.
- Construir relacionamentos de confiança com executivos, dirigentes e demais participantes do processo de decisão.
- Conduzir reuniões consultivas para compreender os desafios e as prioridades de cada conta e apresentar soluções da Enter alinhadas a essas necessidades.
- Elaborar propostas de valor e conduzir negociações comerciais em conjunto com a liderança de Growth.
- Organizar e acompanhar as oportunidades comerciais, definindo próximos passos e articulando as ações necessárias para avançar até o fechamento.

Requisitos (O que buscamos?)

- Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência profissional, com atuação em desenvolvimento de negócios, vendas consultivas ou relacionamento com Grandes Contas.
- Maturidade e presença executiva para conduzir conversas com dirigentes e executivos, transmitindo credibilidade e construindo relações de confiança.
- Comunicação clara e capacidade de compreender problemas de negócio, estruturar propostas de valor e conduzir negociações complexas.
- Autonomia, organização e postura hands-on para definir prioridades, acompanhar oportunidades e executar com responsabilidade pelos resultados.
