This Senior Growth Marketing Manager position will own strategy and execution for our financial services product. You will work in partnership with internal teams and agency partners to drive user acquisition. This role reports to Fabric’s Director of Growth. While this role is hybrid, we are prioritizing candidates based in the New York metro who are able to commit to regular travel (1-2 times per week) to our offices in Brooklyn. What this role will own: - This role will own growth for metrics for our core financial services product. - Success in this role will require execution across three broad areas: - Conversion Rate Optimization: Improve acquisition funnel efficiency from visit through account opening by leading landing page and funnel testing, strengthening measurement and attribution, and partnering cross-functionally to increase conversion and activation rates. - Creative Execution & Insights: Build and scale a high-performing creative testing engine by managing creative production, UGC, compliance workflows, testing roadmaps, and insight sharing to continuously improve marketing performance. - Channel Expansion: Identify, test, and scale new customer acquisition channels by developing structured experimentation plans, evaluating performance, and establishing repeatable playbooks for long-term growth. Required Qualifications (must-haves) - 3-5 years of experience managing a broad set of customer acquisition channels. - Strong experience managing paid acquisition channels and optimizing funnels to improve conversion. - Proven track record driving growth for consumer technology, fintech, subscription, marketplace, or mobile app businesses. - Previous or current experience working hands-on campaign management on Google or Meta. - Deep understanding of growth metrics, attribution, experimentation, and marketing analytics. - Advanced analytical skills and comfort working with data to make decisions. - Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Design, and Engineering teams. - Drive, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask effectively in a remote setting. ## Preferred Qualifications (nice-to-haves) - Experience in consumer fintech, investing, banking, family-focused products, or personal finance. - Experience of successful execution across a mix of digital and non-digital channels. - A deep understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile. - Experience working with Compliance and Legal review processes for marketing material. - Demonstrated impact working with and managing agency partners.
