After technological breakthroughs and intense product development, Raidium is now entering the pre-commercial phase through tests of the product in partner centers. With many potential leads and business opportunities, we are now looking for a Senior Healthcare Account executive to structure and implement our commercial strategy. In practice As a member of Raidium's account executive team, you will own our deals end to end — from first call to signed contract. You will join a team of 2 dedicated Account Executives for the US regions + the 2 founders (Paul & Pierre) This role involves: Closing deals with our clients (big hospitals)This also includes strategic partnerships, with PACS Vendors and big radiology groups Running the full sales cycle on your accounts Qualification and discovery: identifying the accounts worth your time Multi-stakeholder navigation: radiologists, department heads, CIO / IT, procurement Structuring pilots that convert into contracts, and keeping deal momentum over long cycles Maintaining a clean pipeline in the CRM and reliable forecasting Traveling across EU This role is focused on the whole EU region (including France and DACH) While other AEs focus on the US and founders work can help on all deals You will be managed by Pierre Manceron (Co-CEO operations). ## Your Experience and Qualifications - Master’s degree in business or in a scientific field (preferably related to biology, healthcare, machine learning / AI); - 4+ years of experience with business development - Experience in complex business pipelines: healthcare, industry, agro etc. - Experience with managing and structuring sales teams. - Strong communication, analytical skills, team player and data driven mindset; - Fluency in English Pluses (not exhaustive!): - Experience with the US culture - Experience with the healthcare sector, including distribution, reimbursement, pricing etc. - Knowledge of medicine and biology ; - Experience with agentic AI and foundation models.
