About the role: As a Senior HR Business Partner at Shift, you'll work directly with leaders at all levels to help build a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workplace. This is a practical, hands-on role especially suited for someone with experience in financial services, supporting Sales, Customer, and Credit teams. You'll provide clear, commercially grounded HR guidance, deliver People & Culture initiatives, and support business goals in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
