This team is rapidly growing, and is seeking additional team members to build an industry-leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash's ANZ offerings. The growing DoorDash ads business has quickly become one of the best places for merchants and brands to market to local customers, in an ecosystem that benefits all parties. ## About the Role As the Senior Industry Manager, ANZ, you will lead a team of Industry Managers, Account Executives and Post Sales Managers to build partnerships that create tangible value for both advertisers and DoorDash. In this role, you will manage the entire ads strategy across DoorDash ANZ's CPG, New Verticals, and Restaurant advertiser base, and drive adoption of our growing ads and promotions offering. You will work cross-functionally with strategy, operations, marketing, analytics, and product to innovate on our future approach and solutions. You will report into the VP, North America and ANZ Ads Sales, in our Sales & Business Development organization. You're excited about this opportunity because you will… - Lead and develop a high-performing team of Industry Managers and sellers through inspiring, actionable meetings, training, and strategy sessions—keeping the team aligned and motivated to exceed business growth and product adoption goals, grow advertiser value, and drive sustainable DoorDash revenue across ANZ. - Establish trusted senior-level customer relationships and deliver thought leadership both internally and externally across the CPG, New Verticals, and Restaurant industries in Australia and New Zealand - Represent advertiser needs to influence our Ads & Promos product roadmap and go-to-market strategy for the ANZ market - Develop scalable sales materials, processes, annual and quarterly sales plans, and short- and long-term forecasts to achieve ambitious growth goals, help customers meet business and marketing objectives, and guide investment and resourcing decisions. - Partner with US and global Ads Sales leadership to bring proven best practices to the ANZ market while adapting strategy to local market nuances - Drive the development and implementation of AI tools and skills to continually improve team productivity and efficiency We're excited about you because… - You have a minimum of 10+ years managing a sales team effectively and leading team performance management to meet and exceed goals.
