Und genau hier kommst DU ins Spiel. Wir bringen unser Influencer Marketing in die USA und suchen dafür die Person, die diesen Markt aufbaut. Du arbeitest von Deutschland aus und verantwortest die USA eigenständig: Strategie, Planung, Umsetzung und Auswertung liegen bei dir.

Deine Rolle & dein Impact ⚡️

Die USA sind unser nächster großer Wachstumsmarkt, und Influencer Marketing steht im Zentrum. Du entscheidest, wie Doonails bei US-Creator:innen stattfindet: welche Profile, welche Deal-Modelle, welche Kanäle, welche Skalierung. Du berichtest direkt an unsere Team Lead Influencer Marketing, hast enges Sparring und gleichzeitig volle strategische Freiheit, ohne lange Abstimmungsschleifen.

Du entwickelst den Plan und setzt ihn selbst um. Eine seltene Chance, einen Markt von Tag eins an aufzubauen, mit echtem Budget und echter Verantwortung.

Deine zentralen Aufgaben 👩‍💻👨‍💻

US-Strategie & Marktaufbau

- Du entwickelst und verantwortest die Influencer-Strategie für den US-Markt, von Creator-Mix und Deal-Strukturen bis zu Budgetverteilung und Skalierungs-Roadmap.

Langfristige Planung

- Du definierst Ziele, Meilensteine und Budgets für die nächsten Monate und richtest den Kanal darauf aus.

Testing & Skalierung

- Du etablierst ein strukturiertes Test-and-Scale-System, identifizierst Gewinner-Profile und baust einen Roster auf, der echte Performance und Umsatz bringt.

Deal-Architektur

- Du definierst, welche Vergütungsmodelle, Whitelisting-Rechte und Nutzungsrechte in den USA funktionieren, und verhandelst die Deals selbst.

Netzwerk & Partnerschaften

- Du bringst dein Netzwerk zu US-Creator:innen und Agenturen mit und öffnest Türen für neue Partnerschaften.

Performance-Verantwortung

- Du verantwortest Budget-, ROAS- und CPM-Ziele für die USA, wertest datengetrieben aus und leitest daraus die nächsten Schritte ab.

- Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Influencer Marketing, idealerweise mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen im US-Markt
