Location: Zürich (plus travel activity in German-speaking Switzerland) Workload: 80–100%

## Your Mission

You take on strategic responsibility for our most important key accounts and build long-term, trust-based partnerships at the C-level.

## Your responsibilities

- Strategic management and development of our top accounts
- Building and maintaining sustainable client relationships at the management and executive level
- Identifying growth potential and developing new business opportunities
- Advising our clients on digital transformation and delivery services
- Ownership of account strategies, revenue development, and forecasting
- Steering complex sales processes from initial idea to successful close
- Close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams of specialists
- Stakeholder management, audience-appropriate communication, and orchestration of topics across clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Contract negotiation and support for strategic tenders
- Market monitoring and actively positioning Xebia as a trusted advisor to clients

- Several years of experience in key account management in the IT/technology sector
- A proven track record of building and growing strategic key accounts

- A structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
- Excellent English skills are a must
