Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to oversee a $10-15 million USD portfolio and lead a large team of professionals, focused on serving Banking and Finance clients in Data & AI space. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in management consulting, presales, and stakeholder management, along with proven experience in delivering complex Management Consulting / Solutioning Banking and Finance clients. Will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of multiple projects, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving business growth. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Data & AI in Banking and Finance industry, including regulatory requirements, technology trends, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Delivery Management: - Oversee end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects within the Banking and Finance sector. - Manage and lead a large team of resources, ensuring timely delivery, P&L management, and quality standards. - Ensure effective project governance, risk management, and escalation processes are in place for all projects. - Continuously monitor and improve delivery processes and methodologies to drive operational efficiency.
